Refund policy

At waawcare, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Our policy is designed to ensure hygiene standards while providing peace of mind:

• 1. Change of Mind Policy: You may return a product for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is completely unused, in its original packaging, and the safety seal is intact.

  • Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

• 2. Quality Guarantee (Damaged or Defective Items): If you receive a damaged item or discover a manufacturing defect (even after opening), we’ve got you covered:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Opening the package to inspect the product is permitted (provided no more than 10% of the content has been used).

• 3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
